Imagine a world where cars clean the air as they drive down the street.  A drastic reduction in wars because fossil fuels are no longer such a destructive political issue. Developing nations with clean water, and energy for cooking, heating and air conditioning.

In order for this change to occur, hydrogen has to be able to compete in cost with coal, oil, and natural gas.

Oil and natural gas pricing has increased dramatically over the last 18 months.  Why has this occurred?

Hydrogen can be used where fossil fuels are now burned.  The problem is that it has always been more expensive to burn hydrogen than fossil fuels.  Fuel cell technology using hydrogen is starting to  appear in North America, but at a very high cost.
